Ballougry Primary School recently celebrated its 160th anniversary with a wonderful day of events. The celebrations began with an outstanding performance by the children, attended by the Governor and trustees from the Honourable The Irish Society, along with parents and family members. This was followed by an afternoon gathering welcoming former staff and many people with a special connection to the school. Guests enjoyed viewing historic school registers and photographs, providing a fascinating glimpse into the rich history and heritage of Ballougry Primary School over the past 160 years.
